How do you here on this platform know which diaper size fits the best for you?

 i always wear way to big diapers that dont fit at all i want them to be tight so  is there any way to find out which size is the best for someone ?

Every body is different (and that's totally okay! All bodies are good bodies!) and each diaper brand (and even types of diapers) can vary in how they fit a body. Some diapers I'm a medium and in some diapers I'm an XL- it just depends on how the diaper is cut and how it fits me. I'd recommend getting samples of diapers if you can. Sometimes Amazon has diaper samples for sale, and some other sites might sell samples as well. That way you get a diaper or two to try and see how it fits without spending money on an entire pack.

Mine are pin-on so if you know the dimensions of the diaper and you have a good idea of your waist size, you know how it will fit

Besides going by size, trial and error. Look at the sizes and try.

I always aim for my waist size being in the middle of a diaper's size range; though being a big guy I'm often closer to the larger end.

If you measure too high on your waist your waist measurements are going to always come out too large.  Try measuring around the top of your underwear to get a more accurate reading.

Most diaper sales shops sell sample packs pretty cheap, try measuring your waist then buy 3 sample packs the size you think, one above and one below. You'll have the correct size as soon as you sample packs arrive... yes you may not be able to use the smaller sizes as are, but you can use them to stuff the correct size diaper for a little added protection. Win win, bigger diapers that don't fit can still be used, or trim the wings a little to get a slightly snugger fit.. read reviews.. not all diaper sizes are the exactly the same. Im just lucky on that one, i tend to fit in medium no matter the brand but some folks may not....

With diapers it seems "buyer beware" very rare you'll want to ask for refund as shipping prices may offend some and very few traders will fix your  error... if their mistake, wrong size they should swap and no cost or shipping for you.
