Mary Moon Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 The other day i was coming back from university and I took a big risk. I had been a bit constipated for a couple of days and in the morning i tried to go but I couldn't. During the last lesson I had some small cramps, it's true that I wear pullup but doing n°2 was totally out of the question, I had thought about going to the university bathroom after the last lesson but i only had 15 minutes to not miss the train, so i thought i would last 40 minutes to get home, otherwise i would have had to wait 2 hours for the next train. When I got to the train let's say i had the urge to both pee and poop, after a while since we had left let's say i didn't feel very well, and i got up to go to the bathroom on the train. To my dismay it was locked and i went back to my seat, i felt pressure in both my bladder and my bowels, but i absolutely could not poop in the pullup on the train, i didn't even want to waste time having to justify a messy accident to my parents (pee accidents are tolerated because i have bladder problems, but number 2 ones would have been too embarrassing and maybe mom would have gotten angry). When i got to the station the situation wasn't the best, I really needed to go, i ran to the parking lot and drove home saying to myself "you're almost there, you're almost there". I was also getting desperate to pee because of my missed bathroom visit before leaving and because of my partial incontinence i knew wouldn't be able to resist much longer. As soon as i arrived I left and ran home holding my belly and butt, not caring about my dignity because of the great urgency i had. As soon as i entered, my mother was there and she saw me and told me that lunch was almost ready, i panicked and replied "sorry mom, i have to run to the bathroom" because i felt like i was about to lose the battle. When i took off my pull-up to collapse on the toilet and finally give myself relief i noticed with a certain embarrassment that i hadn't managed to keep it completely clean. Once i finished i balled up the pullup and put it in the bottom of the wastebasket to prevent my mother from finding it. In the end i went out and my mother looked at me a little worried "did you make it in time darling?", Ii was a little embarrassed (as always with this type of question that i will never get used to), i nodded "just in time" and she gave me a kiss on the cheek and told me to come and eat 3
willnotwill Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 I know how it goes. I'm not fecally incontinence but several times I've been glad I had the diaper on because I didn't make it. 2

Let's say it was a combination of unfortunate events @Mary Moon as a rule, I don’t have too many situations where I would have problems with fecal incontinence, but I still do. What you consider to be “a combination of unfortunate events” is something that happens to me from time to time. One minute everything is fine, and the next thing you know, your stomach starts doing somersaults, and then you realize that you’re going to have to go number two. you were also correct that cleanup can be a pain in the butt! The good thing is that having your diapers or pull-ups available to help you. There are going to be times when you’re not going to make it to the bathroom, whether you do a number one or number two. That’s just the way life is I guess! sometimes one of the hardest things that you have to do is try to hold something in when you don’t want to release it. There’s been plenty of times in my life where I have to. “hurry like crazy“ to get upstairs to the bathroom, or sometimes outside you find a quiet corner and P on a tree or in the grass. I can also empathize with you because I have had that situation happen to me regardless of how hard you try to hold it back or how long you think you can hold it, sometimes your body just doesn’t have the opportunity to be able to hold it anymore. when you have to pay attention to what you’re doing, especially if you’re driving or walking or doing something else, having to go to the bathroom really badly can take your attention away from something that you’re trying to do, and by the time you realize what’s going on you can have an accident. This is something that can happen to many individuals who have zero control over urination or defecation. It’s going to happen, regardless, and some people may not even know they are going to release until after they have released, but take heart, because that is why you were wearing what you were wearing. there have been a few times when I have wondered why things happen the way they do. Many times growing up, my mom would tell me that I need to pay attention to when I have to go to the bathroom. She always used to tell me “don’t wait until very last second to get moving, because then, eventually you are going to have an accident and then will have to clean it up“ I’d rather be on the floor in the bathroom and have an accent rather than to be in the hallway on the carpet and have one. luckily, most times when I have a number to accident, my diaper ends up, taking care of it. The reason why I wear the NORTHSHORE mega max is because it is the best diaper to contain a mess like that, but even when you have the best diaper, sometimes your body likes to play tricks on you, because you think you have longer than you actually do when you feel the mask coming out, and by the time you realize what the heck is happening sometimes you’ve already done the deed, then you have to spend time to take care of the accident and make sure that you have cleaned yourself up good enough, and then you take care of your diaper and the area around you and you go along with your travels. It kind of reminds me of the times when I used to get carsick you know the feeling that you’re experiencing because you’re body ends up getting achy, and your head may spin, and the next thing you know your body goes into “eject it now mode“ which means that you throw up all over the place. This is really really bad if you’re in a car and you have that type of a situation, I’ve had that happen many times, but I also know why I haven’t happened. Some people can do almost anything in a vehicle, such as read a book or do other things but I don’t read in the car anymore because I know that causes car sickness automatically. I know that having accidents can be embarrassing and can be emotionally draining on you. Like I said, there are going to be times when you’re going to make it to the bathroom, and there are going to be times that you don’t. Hopefully what will happen is that as you age your bladder can get stronger and your bowels as well! If not, then, at least you are prepared and you know what you’re dealing with. I know what it feels like to have to hold it, and sometimes it really can hurt when you finally release, but it’s worth it once you’re able to release and get it all out. having an accident can be embarrassing, but they can also be caused by what you eat or how much you eat. For example, if you go to a McDonald’s and you have a big Mac, or may be a double quarter pounder, or something with a lot of grease, that can cause the problem as well. When you finally released, sometimes what happens is, it is a way for your body to say “danger danger danger:” you finally feel sick to your stomach, but instead of vomit, it comes out the other end! Take care, Brian
Mary Moon Posted November 14, 2024 Author Posted November 14, 2024 @~Brian~ Luckily my partial incontinence is only at the pee level, it's already difficult at times, i don't dare to imagine how embarrassing it would be if I happened to poop myself too, I think I'd die of shame thinking that someone could smell the smells, etc. Let's say that my stomach sometimes doesn't get along very well with some foods and drinks, to which is added the typical female constipation that can cause real emergencies when the bowels finally decide it's time to relieve themselves. In this circumstance it was a bit of a commission of sewing problems and bad luck. I had tried to go to the bathroom the morning after breakfast but I couldn't. And i started having small cramps at the last lesson. A good lesson, i only had a few minutes to catch the train and then I don't like the idea of doing n°2 away from home. The problem is that then the urgency progressively increased a lot and during the trip i really needed to do both pee and poop, obviously i had the pullup but doing the n°2 in my pullup and then staying dirty all the way home without being able to change was out of the question. When I got home i was very close to giving in, both my bladder and my bowels were about to release everything, i managed to get to the toilet only by pure willpower and in any case my pullup got a little dirty anyway 1 1
Dubious Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 I also had close calls where just doing it has crossed my mind, but I held it in cause I would have to do the cleanup.

I did it one morning some time ago out of pure curiosity, but honestly the cleaning disgusted me and was really unpleasant. I am grateful that I have only partial urinary incontinence
dljoshua Posted February 26, 2025 Posted February 26, 2025 Been in this situation a few times. (I also not a fan of doing #2 in diaper) I don't wear protective underwear all the time due to its more of kink than a need. I do wear enough tho for this issue to have happened a few times. For me worse part is when I'm padded usually the diaper is a bit too thick for me to fully be able to clinch down and stop everything from happening. There have been a handful of times I've had to do walk of shame past my wife to the bathroom and just go ahead and shower. (Super embarrassing). With that said there have been a few times where being diapered saved me from very embarrassing situation due to upset stomach.
fillemup Posted March 22, 2025 Posted March 22, 2025 I recently started wearing Northshore GoSupreme pull-ups around the house. I have been diapered 24/7 for about 6 years now for bladder and bowel incontinence. I normally only wear pull-ups when I am sure I will not have a pooping accident. Since I started wearing pull-ups, I have had 2 major pooping incidents in the pull-ups. One was a few weeks ago and the second one was yesterday. I was very surprised how well the Northshore pull-ups contained the messes. I really expected them to leak but they didn’t. I know I can rely on them at home to contain my pooping accidents but I will still wear good quality tape on diapers when I am away from home.
