Buy them at the thrift stores.  I am able to find good quality unopened diapers for about one quarter or less of the price as from online or a store.

Oh I do get a large amount of my diapers and cloth inserts etc form second hand stores, but I do have bad timing sometimes ? and get too low, then I have to go pay retail and , I would love to find a retail back up that's cheaper than most. My night time is 3 layers of disposable , mixed with a few cloth and then support things.  The main thing is we don't have very many good second hand stores in a smaller town. With a city of 14k we have to go out of town for a lot of things ,, But I got soo sick of the large city..

Thanks for the advice. I do use a regular diaper sometimes but I actually dont like to be wet when Im out in public so if Im wearing a pullup I can go find a stall and pull down my pants and pullup and go in the toilet. I only wear a pullup 'just in case' although thats now more often than it used to be. Also I am on a limited budget and dont have a medical plan anymore that covers them. I can reuse pullups if I dont wet them. If I wear a diaper out Im more likely to wet it and then have to buy diapers more often.

I just got home from the airport. I soaked my diaper in the airport lounge while ordering a drink at the bar, lol, and then boarded my flight in the same soaked diaper. I then stopped off at the liquor store on the way home and again soaked my same diaper. Now I'm at home laying here in bed enjoying the warmth of the thick, squishy ABU Tinytails diaper. I'll probably take a nap and then change into my thicker night time diapers.

Before I quite traveling for business 6-7 yrs ago, I had several instances of wetting my pants while traveling, once in a plane and once in a busy terminal trying to get to a bathroom.  That was the tipping point for me after which I always wore protection when traveling away from home more than an hour or so.

Walking out of a plane or through a busy terminal with a big wet spot on your jeans is not my idea of having a good time!  Trust me, a good thick pullup or diaper is a far better choice, even if you do have to walk or even waddle a bit with it wet, it is much easier to avoid the stares of fellow travelers!

I have several times but I’m usually wearing semi baggy overalls so I doubt it was ever noticeable
