Starting a Month-long Experiment

Hey everyone,

I had been on the site a little while ago and kinda started to experiment with ABDL related items and clothing. It's been a little bit since i last was on but i have in the meantime progressed quite a lot with this hobby/kink ?. I started out with only some small items here and there, but have since expanded my collection to include a cute onesie, a cloth diaper, a plastic diaper cover with pockets, training pants and some abdl themed clothes (dungarees, socks, etc.). I have always had a bit of bedwetting issue (which i secretly kinda liked), and especially the cotton diaper helped a lot with feeling more comfortable to not really worry about the sheets and kinda let happen what happens. Now after some time though, i kinda feel like like i want to take my bedwetting issue a little further and see whether i can't make it a little more consistent.  This leads me to my month-long experiment: I have bought a 28 pack of diapers for overnight use, and will thus for 28 days wear diapers to bed and wet them, to try and get my bedwetting to happen more often. I'll try to wet while actually asleep, but if i wake up needing to go i'll just go right away and try to keep myself in as much of a sleep-like state as possible while going.

As a little side project to this i have also bought a NUK-5 paci which i will also try to integrate into my nightly routine. I'll also use the paci while studying and stuff to try and get myself to actually kinda become to need one to keep me focused and help me sleep.

I usually have a nighttime accident like once every two/three weeks if i sleep in just panties, i'll try and keep you guys updates as to how often i'll wet in my sleep without waking up while wearing for these 28 days. I think that if i just give myself over while sleeping i'll be very quick to get it down to multiple times a week, that's the goal at least. If all goes well i'll hopefully also start longing for my paci in due time.

(Note: I have read a lot online about people wanting induce bedwetting and what it takes. I have also read people give warnings that i need to make sure it's what I actually want. Just know that this isn't an impulse decision and that i have actually given this some thought.)

I hope it goes the way you want it to, @Stephany. I've been wearing diapers to bed for about 3 years or so, and I've been 24/7 for a bit over 18 months. I used to be an accomplished and prolific bedwetter as a kid, but since I outgrew that, wetting incidents have been sporadic and infrequent for me. Since I started wearing diapers to bed again (initially using the vanishingly rare wetting incidents as an excuse I could lean into with my wife if required), I've only really experienced a few actual "I didn't initiate this and I have no recollection of it" bedwetting incidents. Most of the time, I awaken slightly, think, "Oh, I have to wee", then I open the gates, and immediately fall back to sleep, which doesn't really count, because I could just as well have got up and gone to the bathroom, although that would be very inconvenient, particularly with the frequency of trips I would require now. Getting up that often might get me divorced.

Speaking of divorce, another of my sleep habits that might have resulted in one was an alleged tooth "clicking" that I apparently engage in when I fall asleep. My wife would elbow me vigorously to make me stop, which drove me nuts, but, I guess I was driving her nuts, so quid pro quo. Anyway, I added a size 6 pacifier to my nightly routine shortly after I started wearing diapers to bed, and it did wonders for the the clicking - my wife hasn't elbowed me or woke me up once. At first I would wake up with it somewhere in the sheets the next day, but now it's always in place the whole night, and I would definitely sleep badly without it, and so would my wife. I have about 25 of them, and rotate through them, taking them apart and soaking them with mouthwash every few days, which seems to make them last a lot longer. I take them with me on trips (back when one could travel), etc. I have played around with using one when I'm working (from home), but it's not particularly satisfying for me - sometimes I'm in the mood for it, but a lot of times it feels like an affectation. But at night, I don't think I'll ever sleep without one again, if I have a choice.

I sleep with a paci clip fastened to it because of a panic-inducing incident where I slept at a buddy's place and lost the pacifier in the sheets (which I found a week later, after searching under the bed, claiming I'd lost a sock. I was envisioning his wife changing the sheets and finding a big pacifier but somehow I dodged that bullet). But it's probably been two years since the last time I spit it out. I suspect that you'll adapt quickly it will become part of your nighttime routine.

-Update-

first night went kinda rough, had quite a bit of trouble falling asleep and had to wake upto wet still. It think this was due to it all being new and exciting.

Second night went great! Drank two cups of tea right before bed and slept a solid 8 hours. When i woke up my diaper was almost at the point of leaking and the paci was still comfortably in my mouth! I only very vaguely remember my dream having a small part about peeing☺️

Hopefully tonight will be another night of slowly becomming a bedwetter!

--- One Week Update ---

Since my last update the progress has been going very well! I usually pad up 1 hour before bedtime now, and wet it a little in that time. I find that if i go to sleep already a little wet i don't even wake up to go at all. Of the past 5 days i've woken up soaked and almost leaking 4 times! I drink two large cups of tea before bed too, which guaranties to make me have to go while sleeping.

Thursday and friday i got to wear 24/7, which was nice as i could spend 48 hours with my bladder completely relaxed and wetting whenever. I do find that since i have started i need to go a lot more often during the day. Usually i feel like i need to go really bad when my bladder is half as full as when i started. Especially today after having worn for 48 hours i need to pee like every hour. I'm not worried though, it's just that my bladder a little less strecht now, which is to be expected. 

Sleeping with the paci has been going really well! I usually wake up with it still in. During the day it's a bit of a distraction though, so i'm just going to be using it for sleepy time for now ^^.

Things seem to be developing very quickly for you so if that’s what you want, you’re doing really well.

It took me several months of 24/7 before I got even one example of what you’ve accomplished.

Right now, after about 18 months 24/7, I’m waking to discover a nappy wetter than I can remember making it around half the time.  A few times I can dimly recall a blurry dream about peeing but more often not.  The pee dreams faded after time it seems but have never completely left me.  I had one last night and leaked a bit :-(  My terry-lined waterproofs caught most of it but there was still a damp spot on my pajama pants where the top of my nappy was too close to the lycra band on my waterproofs..

---update---

Hey guys, i'm back again :)

Things have been going well since my last update, using the pre-wetting technique i have managed to wake up wet like 13/15 times. The other two times i woke up just enough to let go and doze off again. I've now started to try to get myself to wet in a dry diaper too when sleeping, which has been a little harder. If i drink enough before bed and really get in the headspace of wetting before i fall asleep i can manage it though. When going in dry i do usually have a dream about wetting though, which i didnt have with pre-wetting. I think this means that it requires a little more effort for me to do. Ive also gone ahead and ordered a new package of diapers, so the experiment will probably go beyond a month now :D.

Sleeping with the paci has been going ok, i usually wake up with it still in my mouth though not actively sucking on it, it just kinda sits there.

---UPDATE---

Hey everyone ^^

The bedwetting has been going great this week, I haven't woken up once during the night and have been waking up wet every time! Last night i even forgot to drink before bed and still woke up with a wet diaper, albeit not a huge wetting ?. I do find that now that i've been wetting the bed for close to a month that during the day i need to go way more often. If i drink normal amounts of water i find that i need to go like every hour at least, sometimes more often even. Today i got to spend the entire day in diapers though, which was nice as i didn't have to stress about a bathroom and could just let things flow on their own ❤️. I did get a weird fluttering feeling in my bladder sometimes, but it went away after a couple secs. 

The paci has been amazing to sleep with, i'm really loving it. Even during the day i'll sometimes get an urge to wear it, so now i just take it with me wherever i go for when i have a little alone time ^^.
