My everyday diaper is the Seni Super Plus diaper in Regular size. It is an excellent quality diaper with good capacity. I use the Seni Quatro diaper in the summer when I sleep and either a Dry 24/7 or a Betterdry diaper in the winter when I sleep.

It changes during the time. At the moment I wear tena slip maxi during the night. During daytime I switch between tena slip active fit plus, libero sleep tight 10 pants and rema1000 nightdiaper pants size M.

I’ve been trying out different types of pull-ups for at work and when out-and-about. When at home I’ve been wearing incontrol active air. I’ve been working up the courage to wear the active air outside of the house, but I’m still feeling nervous about someone noticing. I experience some mild urge and stress incontinence and can still make it to the bathroom on time most of the time.
