24/7 Padded

Working on getting incontinent.. now staying padded 24/7. I wear thick pull-ups at work now and the occasional diaper when Daddy will put it on me and allow it. Those pull-ups don't stay dry because I use them like diapers. At night I'm always diapered by him because I'm so afraid I'll wet the bed in my sleep now that I'm used to wearing them in bed so I don't have to get up to go (I'm partially disabled). I'm a DL who's experiencing the beginnings of incontinence because I try to stay relaxed all the time and go when my body wants to. I can go while driving, while sleeping (sometimes it wakes me up if I pee heavy), and my urge feeling has about gone away. I feel like I have to go and about that time I start. Sometimes I don't feel the urge at all. I'm happy with that because I get to be a baby more and daddy happily plays along as long as I satisfy his needs occasionally as well ?. It's been almost a year since I started the process.
