How old were you when you started wearing diapers?

I started a bit late. I wore more for comfort to be honest. I remember my first night wearing like it was yesterday. I was working in a bar serving patrons and also learning how to mix drinks. I was twenty years old and started about 1998. I had asked one of the other bartenders there how he managed to stay on the floor so many hours without peeing his pants. He told me a simple cure just wear a diaper under my clothes. At first I thought it silly, but realized it might be a great idea. I was always daring so I bought a bag of diapers at the nearest Walgreens and went home that morning. I held a good pee for about six hours and gave it a try when I got home. I put the diaper on and just let go my morning pee. I was very surprised that the diaper held a good amount of pee. The pee felt so warm that I instantly got an erection. I found it a bit odd, but I felt so naughty. I forgot to mention I dress as a woman for my job and enjoy the feminine wear.  My erection felt so good surrounded by warm pee and my lace panties on top being stretched to the max, I quickly rubbed myself to a good orgasm and went to sleep in the wet diaper. I awoke with another erection, but this was the dreaded pee hard on. I peed the diaper again as I was standing in the shower and leaked down my legs. I thought about them on and off in my teen years and tried to just forget about it.  It would be until I was 19-20ish that I went online and bought a case of Bambinos, under the guise that the box was for a friend of mine who didn't want it to be stolen from his apartment. I started at age 7 when I was put back into pampers for bed wetting. From the first diaper I was hooked. I still love the sound of a plastic backed diaper, the feel of the soft material on my body, and of course the distinct smell of pampers.

For me it started when I was 4, maybe 5, years old.

It wasn't out of need or anything. I was fully potty trained, and was just because I wanted to. I was in preschool, and the bathroom had a stack of diapers for the kids who did need them. I would often go into the bathroom and put one on. But I got caught, many times, and they knew I wasn't supposed to be using them. The preschool staff started escorting me into the bathroom to make sure I didn't take any.

After getting out of preschool, I lost easy access to the diapers and effectively took a break. Then at around age 6 or 7 I moved near a cousin who I frequently visited and who wore diapers. He was only a couple years younger so I could fit into them too. So I started sneaking those on when I got the chance. But eventually he didn't need them any more so I lost access to another supply, and went on another break, but this one much longer.

In my mid teens, like 13 or so, I remember taking my mom's maxi pads, putting on several layers of underwear to make them snug, and using that as a makeshift diaper. But that wasn't that great, and so wasn't more than a few occurrences.

I think it wasn't until I was living on my own, around the age of 19 or so when I was able to purchase a pack of Depends. And 17 years later, have kept at it, though with much better diapers of course ?.

Anyway, I can't recall a time when I wasn't obsessed with diapers.   I had a younger sister so was able to sneak some from her room on occasion, then later another younger brother.

I loved the feeling of wetting my pants from around 7 or 8 and i tried plastic pants around 12 but was in my late 30 before i found some adult plastic pants and as for adult nappies i was in my 40  but wished all along that i'd been able to get nappies and plastic pants.

I didn't start wearing actual "diapers" after potty training till about age 14. Between that time my diapers were home towels or old shirts. That was obviously occasional use only. Have worn diapers off and on continuously since then.

I was at my daycare when I watched a 6 year old girl deliberately wet her pants and subsequently she was put in diapers and when none of the other kids would play with her I was the only one who would play with her and while we were playing she stopped playing for a moment and spread her legs and started peeing in her diaper and I was enthralled watching the yellow stain of her pee spread across the diaper as she wet herself and when she was finished peeing she went right back to playing the game as if nothing had happened and it wasn’t until the game was over that she stood up and went to get her diaper changed.  Shortly after that my mom came to pick me up and on our way home we stopped and went grocery shopping. When we got to the diaper aisle I asked her to buy me some Pampers and she said no. So I begged her to buy me some Pampers and again she said no. So finally I threw a full blown temper tantrum, kicking and screaming and she gave in and put a box of Pampers in the shopping cart and as soon as we got home and brought the groceries in from the car she stripped off my pants and underwear and diapered right on the kitchen floor and I wore Pampers 24/7/365 until after my 7th birthday. 
When I was 8 I bought my first box of Pampers and would wear them after everyone had gone to bed (or basically any chance I got)  and I would wet them and sleep in them or alternately put them on go to sleep, wake up in the middle of the night needing to pee, wet my diaper and go back to sleep. But one Saturday morning my mom came into my room to wake me up and when she pulled back the sheets she discovered me asleep and peeing in an already wet diaper. She woke me up and told me to put on a shirt, socks and shoes but nothing to cover my completely soaked diaper.  Then she took me to the car and drove to the grocery store and she grabbed me and dragged me to the diaper aisle and she grabbed two boxes of Pampers and handed them to me and dragged me to the cashiers, paid for the diapers and drove home. Once inside the house she changed my diaper right in the middle of the family room. Once in a fresh diaper she lead me up to my room and opened the underwear drawer of my dresser and took all my underwear and threw it in the garbage saying that I wouldn’t be needing them any time soon. She then filled the drawer with diapers and sat me down to tell me that I would be wearing diapers 24/7 until she said otherwise (which turned out to be around my 10th birthday). 
i continued to wear diapers in secret after my 10th birthday and even though she didn’t say anything I know that mom knew because I had gone to sleep on more than one occasion in a wet diaper and woke up later in a dry one and I know that I didn’t change myself in the middle of the night but nothing was said by either of us.

It was when I was about 5 years old .  I would have occasional accidents.  My parents would just have me bathed and cleaned off.  Then they decided that it was too much effort and work.  They suggested that I wear diapers.  They said that would be easier and that my mother would change me.

I was 17 when I became a nappy lover it all started when I went to bed for the night before I went to sleep out of nowhere I got this strong feeling what it would be like to wear a nappy again I thought I was being crazy and just then put it out of my mind the next night it happened again I tryed to fight this feeling after a few weeks I gave in I went on ebay and bought 2 samples of tena super nappies the old type ones when they came in the post I couldn't wait for bed time when it was time to go to bed I put my first tena nappy on it felt so good but at the same time I felt a bit weird for liking it but it didn't stop me after sleeping in my first nappy I enjoyed it that much am still wearing a nappy to bed right up to this day and am now 32

I wore pull-ups up until maybe the beginning of high school because I would usually wet the bed.  It stopped about that time and so I quit wearing.  About 7 years ago I had an urge to feel that again and looked up adult diapers.  After going from store bought brands I went into other online brands and then I saw there were premium diapers available.
