Always change before bed or not?

I usually shower shortly before bed, then I'll put a night diaper on so when I go to bed my diaper is usually either dry or mostly dry but with night diapers they have enough absorbency to last through the night and can hold several wettings.

I always diaper up before bed.  90% of the time I go to bed dry, 10% of the time of I have to pee while brushing my teeth ect I'll wet it.  I have messed a few times and gone to sleep for 8 hrs.  (A lot of powder, Destin, plastic pants ect).  Each time it was very restless sleep so I typically don't do that.)
