Nightmare on Elm Street 5 (Greta)

There was a scene in Nightmare on Elm Street 5 that was ABDL-related (though rather gory) showing the character Greta's death in a dream. I always wondered why the director/producers chose to have her sit in a highchair. Any thoughts?

That is how the character, Greta sees herself, in relationship to her mother. Greta, will always be a baby, unable to make adult decisions, or even feed herself properly. 
That is the basic premise to the dream sequence. Hope that helps?
