Reseting password

Good Afternoon,

writing to you for the following reason.

Every time for the last 2 months I come to the site and I sign in, it never recognises my password and I have to reset it.
Several times, have not even received the email to reset so added for a new one.

Then I reset it, it works...until the next time.

Wondering if it is coming from you or maybe me...maybe the browser I am using...firefox...

Anyway, hope you can find a solution.

Is  your computer may be set to clear your cash everytime you shut down?   If you have not checked the box next to the sign in you should do so.

If you check the box at sign in, your computer will remember the password for the next time.

Give these ideas a shot first see if it makes a difference for you.

Actually no my computer isn't!

Because if it was, it would be the same for all my other passwords to access mails...and it isn't the case.

As well, when ask to reset my password, never works the first time! Have to wait for few hours and do it again...and then it works!

Pretty odd and anoying...hope you can find a solution.

Seems my problem is kind of resolved at the moment...

Something odd though...when you sign, it keeps in memory my email address and not my user name...well good to know for next time.
