Its ok to be ABDL and Christian

Recommended Posts

My first diaper desires came to me when I was five years old. My sister was new born and maybe there was a subconscious draw to be loved like her since my own mother didn't want a boy she wanted girl. Perhaps it was I was such a happy baby and by the time I was five our family was in a mess. Whatever the case once I began to desire diapers and it never left me. There were times I was distracted by other things that it got put in the back of my mind but it never went away.

Off and on I secretly desired to be diapered but never told anyone not even my best friends. When I was in my teens I made fake diapers from towels and garbage bags. Once I was old enough to move away from family and was earning my own money I worked myself up to buying my first real adult diapers. I think I was around 18 at the time.

When I put it on, the simple joy made me want to just sit and cry. A life long yearning finally come true. But as with many of you I immediately also felt guilt and shame afterward. From 18 to 45 was a continual binge and purge sessions. After using diapers for a few days I would feel so guilty I would swear them off forever and throw all my baby stuff away. Later when I got married my wife knew but she didn't approve of it.

Now days take a different approach.

Now consider where the ABDL feelings come from.

Imagine a road filled with potholes. An emotional scar is a pothole in your mind. What kinds of things you fill it with matters. Filling the pot holes with jello for example won't work very well, but nether would loose pebbles. You need the right filler placed in the right way.

Abdl feeling are complex and layered so no one solution will work the same for everyone. I can offer you thoughts to help control ABDL feeling and allow you to continue to grow spiritually.

Here are some helpful tips to be ABDL and still be spritual

1 Separate the sexual from the baby as much a possible. When your in need of release. Do so as a separate act from anything ABDL. Don't do so while wearing diapers or doing anything abdl.

2 Commit to stay away from ABDL pornographic pics that encourage more lust.

3 Instead of reading abdl material that usually contain vulgarity or pornographic material, vent those feelings by writing your own clean version of a ABDL story.

4 Practice wearing diapers but doing usual life chores and not strictly ABDL. This will help disassociate the diapers with strictly sexual or ABDL activities. ( cleaning your room, laundry, paying bills, etc...)

5 If you use diapers don't continual focus your thoughts on them.

A. Wearing diapers is not a sin but lust is. If you use them to feed your lust then it is a sin.

B. Doing baby things like sucking a paci is not a sin but putting them more important than God is a sin.

C. If you think of the ABDL feeling as a way God keeps you humble it can be helpful. Its hard to be prideful while diapered and sucking on a paci after all.

Use your ABDL desire for a mommy or daddy to transfer to God. Desire him to care for you just as much in your life. Seek him as much as much as your do a ABDL parent.

7, When you fail and get caught in lust, don't give up come back to God ask his forgives and start over.

8 Accept God's punishment for sin in your life. Its hard to be ok with chastisement but when you know what he does he does for your good its helps.

1 before you go any further, do you know you are truly saved by Jesus sacrifice?

Ephesians 2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:  2:9  Not of works, lest any man should boast.

1 acknowledge your sin

2 accept Jesus paid for them

3 ask him to forgive you of those sins and save you.

2 The fact that you struggle with it spiritually means the Holy spirit is working with you.

John 16:8  And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

3 Most anything pleasurable to the flesh can be good or bad depending on the situation.

( example : A husband and wife having sex in their house is fine but on a park bench in public is not fine)

Jeremiah 17:9  The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

4 Your flesh needs three things to survive : food, water and air.

The Holy spirit uses three main things to help you grow ( studying the word, praying , and praise )

Psalms 1:2  But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

1 Thessalonians 5:17  Pray without ceasing.

Psalms 100:4  Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

5 Understand you need to desire God more than diapers.

Seek God first before anything else.

Mat 6:33  But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

6 Keep in mind anything taken to the extreme has bad effects eventually, but most thing kept in a balanced and moderate way can be helpful. Let the abdl be a part of your life but not controlling it.

Ecclesiastes 3:1  To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

I hope that your religious practices give you peace and comfort in your life.  I hope you can reconcile your body, mind and spirit with your compulsion to use diapers and act like a baby.  Just remember, there is a lot if good information in the bible, but its written and distributed by humans and not God. Its great to have values and faith, but be careful not to become obcessed with scripture.  Unless God told you these things personally it might just be the thoughts and opinions of a human and humans are highly fallible.

I wish you the best in your future.

Fair enough.  I just dont know what a bible thumper is.

they are those "if you dont follow this strictly then you are going to burn in hell!" types, think of peter griffins father (the irish guy) from family guy, he is a textbook thumper, and those types, as much as they mean good, do more harm in my opinion, instead of making an introduction to Christ, they make others want to go away, and that dont serve him, as far as i understand it, i dont know the exact scripture but the bible says to be respectful, if someone dont want to believe you cant make them, all you can do is plant a seed and leave it in his hands, i dont mean to say that like you didnt know that already, just using it to try to say what im thinking on the subject of thumpers, not sure if it comes across online

another example of a thumper is the mother of the psychic in the remake of carrie, i think that was what it was called, had julieanne moore in it i think.

There is a lot of wisdom in the scriptures of religion.  A lot of wisdom. Some who live by those scriptures have improved the quality of their lives and the lives of those they love.  There is value to them.

If I can  narrow down my message to a phrase it's this :

It's more important to work on your personal relationship with God, than to focus entirely on scripture.

Yup, too many people might read the word but fail to learn from it,  like my moms brother the pastor and carpenter,  saw what our house looks like, knows the hell we went through that lead us here, claims to care so much about this place because papaw lived here, but forgot about 1st john 3:17, we needed help, back when we could still afford materials  (we are shit outa luck now, oh well ), not once did he offer to help,  another calls himself a minister, but loved to crack jokes that i tried to get him to stop because it accused me of a disgusting crime, to be clear i would NEVER do what his "joke"implied,  the neighbors havea teenage daughter, at the time 14 or 15, i don't know how but somehow he thought it would be funny, knowing i hate kids and the reasons why, to refer to her as my girlfriend, and im around my 40s! YUCK! I tried to make it clear he was doing wrong, ive never touched nor would i EVER a minor in my life, and with something like that, if his joke got heard, dont matter im innocent, its seen at guilty by accusation, there is no fixing that, he dont anymore, first he got locked out of my house for several months, and earlier this year mom and me talked with him about accusations a friend made about him, and we brought up the risk he put me at over that "girlfriend " joke, ive heard no more since, you would think a minister would know what the Bible says about that, a simple search revealed many passages, ephesians 5:4, 4:29, james 3:6, Matthew 15:8, 15:10-18:20,proverbs 26:18-19,exodus 20:19,i can go on and on,  but I wont, he would read the Bible, but never picked up the lessons, so the relationship with God wasn't kept up.

The Bible is quite clear about who is your Master. You can not serve two Masters because you will hate one, and love the other. If your Fetish is what you serve, then it is your Master, and not God.

Matthew 6:24 King James Version (KJV)

24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

mam·mon

/ˈmamən/

noun
  1. wealth regarded as an evil influence or false object of worship and devotion. It was taken by medieval writers as the name of the devil of covetousness, and revived in this sense by Milton.
"others have forsaken Mammon in search of something on a more spiritual plane"

I want to add If diapers lead you to sin then you should remove them.

If only it were that simple!  And yes, diapers and AB etc can lead to sin like any other strong drive can (sex drive ??). It is learning to manage your drives and ambitions to stay with the constraints of righteousness.

The war between good and evil isn't fought in the flesh. It's against powers and principalities of the mind. The war of mind is where Christ wins, or loses. If you're mind is on Christ, and Christ like goals, then you are good to go if you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord, and personal Savior. The only thing required to enter Heaven is to be a born again believer. You can't work your way into heaven, nor can you do enough good deeds alone. Good men and women are going to be cast into the lake of fire on judgement day because if their name DOES NOT appear in the Lamb's book of life, Jesus will say depart me from me, I never knew you. No matter how GOOD you think you are it isn't enough EVER!

The Bible says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." 'Romans 3.23' Not he or she, but ALL have sinned.

.....sorry, don't want to get into all this religious stuff, but I felt like I just read a pre-paid advertisement, no offense. I just believe that God is in everyone's heart, just some more than others.

It is better to enter the Kingdom with one eye since you plucked it out, than to have both eyes if they offend God with them. It also goes for your hands, or feet if they carry you into sin. Spiritually though we as Christian's also have the ability to ask for forgiveness because Jesus said, "How many times do I forgive and turn the other cheek?" Seven times, and Jesus replied, "I say not, but seventy times seven times." The Bible is clear that when we become born again believers that we are in the world, but not of this world.

John 3:16  and more For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

What shall we say then shall we continue in sin. How shall we that are dead to sin live any longer therein?

If you are looking for truth then what you 'believe' is immaterial. There are people that earnestly and genuinely believe the earth is flat. Doesnt make them correct. The truth is found in the biblical truth that 'those that seek God genuinely and earnestly, find Him'

Thank you for this! Some great thoughts that I’ve had to work through, myself! First that I recognized the problematic sexuality involved (primarily when I was single). Over the last handful of years, I have, very gratefully, seen that aspect of it fading. I think in large part to not looking at any kind of pornography for over 5 and a half years!

I’ve often felt (and been curious to know) that there are a lot of Christians within the ABDL community. My wife is the only person who knows that I’m ABDL, but I’m not sure I could ever tell any other close friends about this aspect of my life.

that part of if thy eye offend thee refers to the many membered body of Christ, if a member of that body is causing problems and you cant straighten the matter out with them, that is where the casting it from you comes in, for example if a person in your church(and i know this is ridiculous but its just an example) has brought pornographic content and showing it to others, they try to defend it with some nonsense, wont accept that its wrong to do so, KICK'EM to the curb!
