I adulted today. Went out for groceries and a haircut, despite haircuts triggering much anxiety as I dislike people touching me.

I don't do haircuts, everytime I got one I hated it, 5 years ago I quit paying people to screw up my hair.

The world has room for another little old white haired skinny man with a pony tail.

I bought a clipper and just have my aide shave it ,i have a long beard and mustache people always stop me and say how awesome it is, however if my hair touches my ears it makes me crazy ,so I have a permanent extra high and tight .

Can this be a regular topic and post things when we adulted? Sorry I’m fairly new and not sure how threads work on here. 

I adulted and took a shower today. The first one in weeks, my depression has been off and on and I have not been motivated to do daily tasks, so this is huge for me.
