"not" Julie lied to her mother hoping that she would leave her alone while she tried to resolve her problem she didn't tell to her mother about because she was too embarassed. "I need of a bit of privacy now" Julie said to her mother trying to give her wet sheets to the laundry without her mother discover it

“No? You are usually running to the bathroom in the morning. I think you do have to go pee.” Heather enters the room and grabs Julie’s wrist. “Come on let’s go to the bathroom.” She almost drags Julie off of the bed “and like I just said, I already see your wet spot on the sheet.” As she pulls Julie towards the edge of the bed it makes Julie pee a little more.

Julie tried to keep the pee in while her mother dragged her to the bathroom though she did'nt success to keep it all and some drop of pee moistened even more her already wet panties and the pants of her pajama. when her mother and her arrived to the bathroom "i can do it!" Julie said veryt embarassed when her mother pulled down the pants of her pajama and panties and put her seat down on the loo.

“There, now pee in the toilet and not in the bed!” She says as she sits Julie onto the toilet. Heather makes sure the dirty clothes are put in the hamper and watches Julie go to the bathroom.

"can I have a bit of privacy?"  Julie asked to her mother in a very annoyed tone of voice. She could not belive that her mother was treating her in this way while she started to pee in the loo "I did. Now can you get out? I would like have a shower now" she said trying to push her mother out of the bathroom.

“Oh, if you need a shower then I’ll help you, since you can’t be trusted with anything now.” Heather turns the water on for a shower as she pushes back into the bathroom. “I’ll let you wash up by yourself but I will watch you at all times.”

Julie was very angry. She didn't understand why her mother wanted control her while she had a shower "what did she think?" Julie asked herself. Then Julie took off her clothes and got in the shower washing herself as good as she could. When she finished she get out from the bathtub and wrap herself with a towel before go in her room to dress. When she finished to get herself dry she chose a pink pair of panties with Hello Kitty printed on the front, a light blue skirt and a green shirt. 

Main time nanny Melinda was going to ring the doorbell of Mrs. Heater Edward's house.

“Julie, now that you have dressed, you are to go back to the guest bedroom and wait for me to bring breakfast.” Heather said as she had watched Julie wash up and then dry off with a towel and go to her own bedroom and get dressed. She thought that Julie had dressed in little girls underwear but didn’t say anything to her. “Come on Julie you are still in trouble, get to the guest bedroom now!” She said as she opened Julie’s bedroom door waiting for her to leave. “And don’t grab anything”

Julie was get in her room just for dress up then she got out going to the guest room and seat down next the window looking out the window. 

Meanwhile nanny Melinda was ringing the doorbell again, maybe the person who contacted her didn't hear it and waited that someone come to open her the door.

“Stay here Julie!” Heather says “I have to answer the door.” Heather shuts the guest bedroom door and goes downstairs, she takes a moment to gather herself and opens the door. Standing in the doorway is Nanny Melinda holding a suitcase.

”you must be Nanny Melinda. I’m sorry I didn’t answer sooner but I was supervising my daughter as she was showering. Please come in and sit down on the sofa. Would you care for a cup of tea?”

"Yes I am" nanny Melinda answered offering the hand to lady before come in the house letting himself be invited inside and going to the living room "Gladly!" she said when the woman offered her a cup of tea. 

"Then Mrs. Edward!" Melinda said taking her tea cup and drinking a sip from it "from what I understand Reading your mail I'm here to help you with your daughter who is 8 years old. Right?" 

"Talk me about her. I need to understand the problem to understand how intervene" she said taking a blocknotes and a pen "bother you if I take notes?" nanny Melinda asked to the woman.

As Nanny Melinda enters her home Heather can see how big her suitcase really is. Heather gets tray with the pot of tea, cups, sugar and milk she brings it to the coffee table. “I wasn’t sure if you wanted milk or sugar with your tea.” 

As Melinda sips her tea Heather listens to her, “yes you are here to help with Julie who is 10. No, I don’t mind if you take notes.” She sips her tea and takes a moment to gather her thoughts. “She has been stealing since she was 8, that I know of and has been caught by the police around 7 times, honestly I have lost track. Her father died when she was only 6, she worshiped Bill and I don’t think has ever gotten over his death. She doesn’t ever talk about him or let me talk about him in her presence. If I bring up Bill she yells at me, throws things and sometimes she has even gotten physical with me.” Heather has to take a breath and gather herself after reliving the trauma Julie has caused, she is revisioning the fights and it takes her longer than Melinda expects for Heather to gather herself causing Melinda to take notice.

"is it all OK?" Melinda asked to Heather caressing her hand after take notes of what she said "have you never thought about having her talk to a psychologist?" Melinda asked to the woman, she had understand that this case was very delicate "or maybe she has never wanted do it?"

Heather is startled by Melinda touching her hand “yeah, I’m okay.” Heather breathes “I took her to a psychologist and she literally threw a chair at the female therapist. She promptly made us leave after I paid for the chair. I never tried to take her to any sort of “talking doctor” or psychiatrist again.”

Melinda noted all she said and she said: 

"how do she reacts when you try to impose rules?" I ask you "did she accepts them or she rebels?" she asked her preparing her self to write what she would have said.

“I usually don’t follow through on my punishments. Actually, this is the longest I have ever followed through. She usually bats her eyes, throws a tantrum, promises to be good, says she knows she is wrong and I forgive her, but not this time... I have had enough of her actions and I think she knows it.”

Ok” I say noting it too “now I have a very personal and delicate question to do you: ever since your husband is gone, four years ago, have you made a worldly life?” I ask her “I don’t mean if you searched another man. OK?” nanny Melinda specified “I want to know if you are got out with some friends to a cinema or simply to drink a coffee”

“Yeah, I have gone out with friends for coffee or to a cinema or even to the local casino.” Heather blushes “but, I haven’t had a man since Bill died” she turns a deep red as she admits the truth.

Nanny Melinda noted it too "now the last question. How is Julie with the other members of your family (aunties, uncles, cousins, grandparents)? Is she like you described me in this moment or is she different?" 

She asked delimiting a profile of her client

Heather sighs breathing deeply “I am an only child and Bill was as well. Both of our parents have passed on so it is just me.” She seems defeated as she realizes she is the only one left

"ok" nanny Melinda said noting it "and how is she with the other children?" she asked to Mrs. Heather "does she play gladly or she isolates herself?"

“I honestly don’t know. She has skipped so much of school that she hasn’t really interacted with children much for the past year.” Heather realizes it’s been awhile and needs to get Julie some food but isn’t sure how to interrupt Melinda

Melinda noted the answer of Heather and noticed her concern "is it all OK?" she asked to the woman.

“Oh, everything is fine except that Julie hasn’t eaten since last night. I should get her some cereal and juice or something.” She says not sure what to do.
