I have tried wearing them during the day (they work well under trousers and during the night.  Once washed a few times they are lovely and soft and with a microfibre booster they can absorb a lot of wet. The poppers make them easy to fit and to open up for when access is required.  They also work well in my self bondage experiments.

How do they work without a booster?

They seem to work quite well.  The elastic on the legs ensures a tight fit and prevents leaks.  The double thickness absorbs a lot of liquid.
