have any of you made yourself have severe bowel incontinence and have yoy

u taken lactulose or Alli to give yourself bowel incontinence

I figured since nobody had answered you yet I would give it a go. Not sure what you classify as severe bowel incontinence but, I generally mess myself once a day and I can't stop that from happening anymore. 

I didn't take any drugs to get to this point, just the usual letting it happen whenever and wherever thing, and in my opinion it was much easier to become bowel incontinent than it was to become bladder incontinent, so I think if you want it you should just go for it without using any drugs.

As far as i know its my medication not sure my doctor diagnosed me but didn’t say what caused my incontinence its up in the air on what causes it
