Needing Ideas for Cover Art

I need some ideas. I've got a book I'm finishing up that I'm tentatively naming "The Factory Job" about people that are fed a substance that their bodies convert into a very unique protein and then collected in special diapers. Essentially, their bodies are the factories.

I've toyed with the idea of hospital beds with stacks of diapers nearby but I've already done a cover page similar to that.

Then I considered an old factory complex but I can't think of a way to get diapers onto the page.

Another thought is a lab setting where I can have a shelf full of diapers but not sure it would be interesting or unique enough.

Any ideas?

How about something like you already mentioned, but more to the point? An old factory style building, but one that is a diaper laundry service.

What about a box of diapers on a grass and sky background, the diaper box is scaled up  big and has factory windows and smoke stacks and a big factory door and all that jazz.

Just to close the loop, it was the book that Amazon blocked. It morphed into Test Subjects Wanted and this is the cover I went with.
