Trying Ambian for my chroic sleep issues. Not much improvement so far - but this could be because I'm also coming off steroids - I do find my bladder control drops to nil while in an Ambien-led sleep. Thicker diapers for me!

Sleeping pills suck....try cannabis edibles instead...they work like a charm & you'll have no "hangover "effects the following morning

Maybe you can look into CBD cannabis? That’s legal, is sold everywhere, and does not get you high. The high comes from, the other ingredient in cannabis THC.

i tried ambien i hated it.. helped me sleep, however it put me in a fog half the next day as well..

I can tell you my Dad hasn't slept well for the past 20-30 years but CBD oil actually helped him. :D
