This is an odd question, but I am a bit curious if maybe more of our ... uhm ... confident posters have experience with this. About once every couple of months I go to a strip club just to drink and chat. I'm by no means a regular, and the dancers/bartenders don't know me. It's a small joint, certainly not a happening place. Very few strip clubs in Missouri are if you're not in St. Louis or Kansas City. But I remember in October of '18 I was sitting having a drink on a slow night and the bartender and one of the dancers starting talking to each other. They were discussing certain men that came into the establishment and some of the odder ones. The dancer kind of giggled and told a story about a guy who paid her extra if he was able to suckle on her nipple while she cradled him, I guess just a typical ANR type deal with no ABDL aspects involved. They both laughed, and both expressed that they found that very cute.

I figure that there must be someone in our community who somewhere down the line told a stripper/dancer about the fetish. They have a certain way to make you open up about that kind of stuff (although normally it's for financial reasons). And if this particular woman was willing to engage in ANR I wonder if there were others who would be more open to babying a man. I've read an article about ABDL and there was a comment from an escort who said she would have loved to take care of an adult baby instead of just having sex, for a change of pace. A lot of pro dommes will engage in ageplay and ABDL. They might place limits though, like no pee, no dirty diapers, no touching them. Some dommes won’t do any ageplay at all.

There’s an unclear line between what they can touch and what you can touch that separates domme from prostitute, and each domme defines that for herself. Just negotiate activities, scenes and boundaries in advance and stick to what you agree together.

Thought, what the hell, diapered up and went to the club. I sat at the bar and had a few drinks until I worked up the courage to get a lap dance. Had one, wasn’t feeling the girl. Found another and we clicked right away. Ended up spending the evening with her in vip. If you’ve ever taken a girl to vip, there tends to be a lot more touching and wandering of hands. Amazingly, she never mentioned anything about the diaper. After quite a few drinks I had asked her if she noticed I was wearing and she said she hadn’t. Not sure if she was just saying that or if she really hadn’t noticed? Either way, she was cool with it.
