rosalie.bent
As Adult Babies, many of us are aware that this deep longing and desire for diapers and babyhood started very, very young – often while still actual babies and toddlers. This extraordinary and powerful drive makes no sense to us and yet calls to in a way that cannot be denied or ignored. We are also often aware that there is some kind of trauma – a childhood wound – that exists, even if we had great parents and family. What seems trivial to some young children is devastating to others. Put a few other things together and voila! A soon-to-be Teen Baby and then Adult Baby is formed inside the growing toddler. Dylan Lewis’ third book in his “The Adult Baby Identity” series is subtitled Healing Childhood Wounds. Using established psychological understanding and methods, this book explores our very early weeks and months of life and how our attachments to our parents and other objects may lead to the seeds of ABDL. Along with the previous two books, this is a book to be read slowly and multiple times, to get the full benefit of understanding the complexity and yet endearing simplicity of being an Adult Baby.
