I usually leave the used one on for about 1/2 hour after I've gotten off. I have a major problem with urine/discharge leakage directly after. Easier to keep my diaper on until the fresh change.

I used to take it off after the deed, because of shame and guilt, now that I am more accepting of myself, I'll just leave it on. It's very exciting to be in a swollen diaper lol
