I was wondering if there was a way to disable my account temporarily or anything?

It's been suggested I take a break from the internet, so I was wondering if there is any way I could temporarily disable my account for a little while so I can't log in without having to reactivate my account, or something like that? I know we're not allowed to ask to have our accounts deleted or anything, just trying to deal with some mental health stuff and I'm not sure if this is an option on this site or not. Sorry if it's a stupid question, I don't know where else to ask this.

I'm sorry you are dealing with some stuff.

If it's not too long of a time period, like a few months your account will still be here waiting. Maybe longer. Or are you talking about something that won't let you log in? In that case I don't think there's anything like that.
