Does the "Chat Room Info" board need to be under Diaper Talk?

The 4th board under the category "Diaper Talk" is "Chat Room Info".  This board apparently hasn't been used since June 2013 by "Guest Baby Rina".  

Nothing against Guest Baby Rina and all, but if this topic is going to be rarely used, shouldn't it be put in less valuable real estate?  For example, add it to the "Connect" category, as it is one way for members to connect.  Or at least put it at the bottom of the "Diaper Talk" category.

No biggie, just wunderin.....
