Works for me too.  If you're feeling worried about it, ease off & only wear when you can feel relaxed.  Then as you get more used to it, wear more, until you're not worrying about it.  That worked for me.  I'm in cloth nappies all day every day now, and have been since September.  Nobody's noticed anything yet, as far as I know, and when it eventually happens I'll handle it OK I'm sure.

I'm just thinking of that scene where Sharon Stone swings one leg over the other, and instead of no underwear she's wearing a Tena Silhouette lol,,,
