What can you expect from a country with a power grid and line system like this?  https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3185040/Danger-8ft-high-voltage-Lethal-power-cables-dangle-perilously-close-men-women-Old-Delhi-s-no-wonder-poor-electricians-blow-fuse.html.  Try calling your phone, electric company or just about any customer service and you will most likely have had a bad experience with a phone rep named "Chuck" from this country.  They are supposed to help you with your utility problems when they can't even fix their own?

Years ago when I was in the (US) satellite industry, we had an advertisement in the trade press from the Indian Remote Sensing agency that proclaimed "Our new satellite is in the orbit" and finished up with "No bargain on quality."

"No bargain on quality" became our new informal slogan.
