I though this would be a good way for people to blow of some steam without actually causing any harm or getting in trouble 

The rules are simple 

Rule 1 you cannot insult any one who does not post in this topic at all posting in this topic makes you fair game for the next person to post to insult you

Rule 2 to prevent targeting specific users you can only insult the person directly above you and cannot insult someone who's 2 or more post above you 

Rule 3 all insults both creative and original are allowed creative multiple word insults are encouraged 

Rule 4 do not take any insult someone says about you seriously this topic is for entertainment purposes only
