rusty pins
If bulkiness doesn't matter, my DL friend always lined his adult cloth diapers with actual cloth baby diapers. He could add as many as he wanted or needed and to the area of his adult diaper where extra absorbtion was needed most. He could fold them up like a liner or he could place them in his diaper without folding them. Washing and drying them was easy. 1 Link to comment
phl655
Hi I suggest the gauze inserts from adultclothdiaper.com they are not heavy and they are very comfortable. Used with the Rearz twill prefolds they will hold a great deal. Link to comment
Moochie
Cloth baby diapers are great for inserts. I also just discovered microfiber wash cloths that are thin and very absorbent. They cane be found at auto supplies section at stores because they are often used to dry a car after washing. Link to comment
