I've been very interested in the notion of playing dnd with desperation or diaper content. Just imagining my character being miles away from a town but too embarrassed to mention needing to go and having an accident. Or maybe some cursed item that gives incontinence. Or some town where all outsiders must be diapered. Just a lotta potential in a fantasy setting for all sorts of fun and mishaps.

Or how about the party stumbles across a village of Dryads or other such Fae spirits who have an innate nurturing instinct that causes them to baby the members of the party. There's a lot of potential there. ?
