I think the gist is that he has to wear diapers to get the girls to leave him alone because he's too sexy (google translates it as "delicious").

The big print reads "If you stay a little too sexy."

The rest of the text just talks about how great the gym is and you should come join.

"My name is James.  After I started working out at FitnessDK, I became a bit too sexy.   I would lie if I said I didn't enjoy the stolen glances, the craving and hunger in their eyes, but in the end, it was just too annoying to be checked out constantly.   The diaper helps me get some time for myself when I need it the most.
