When did Desitin go sent free

I normally don't use any diaper cream,  but I've always kinda liked the smell of  Desitin. So I bought a tube today so I could experience that smell again,  but when I smeared it on my butt, I realized that it really doesn't smell. 

 

Somewhat disappointing.

I tried it some 45 years ago for something else. It had a medicine smell and the consistency of very thick mud and I almost got a hernia squeezing it out of the tubve. That was it for me

It's still pretty thick, just doesn't have that smell  I remember.

Desitin has the one scent that is familiar to us all and an unscented variety.  While I am not prone to diaper rash I will get it at times.  I use the unscented creme during the day and the scented creme at night if needed.  That way I can enjoy that wonderful smell while at home and not smell like a baby while at work.

I use Dr. Boudreaux's Butt Paste (the regular yellow tube, not the natural green one).  The greasiness of Desitan gets to me as much as the odor.
