So very true.  I enjoy my food both coming and going, as I suspect most of us do.  Perhaps that's the reason weight loss is so difficult, for me at least.  The more I eat today, the bigger and more enjoyable  tomorrow's  diaper load  will be.  Then there's this other angle.  Food is not cheap, so why not get the most 'bang for your buck' by enjoying your food at both ends?
