"Create Album" not working

I went in through Members>add images>create new album. put the name in and some text in the text box pressed "Create Album" and waited. I tried 3 times. On the last try I waited about 3 minutes and nothing happened

Just to be very certain, I tried again today and waited about a half-hour, while attending to other thing. When I returned, still nothing. To quote the Doctor in FACE OF EVIL; "Dead as a Dalek"

I got it done, but had to go through the "Gallery" link at the top of the screen

it would be a good idea if one could fix it so that visits by the album owner did not count as views. That gives a false reading on viewer count. Because I had to do quite a bit with one of the images in terms of "Edit Details" It already has more than 10 views
