Wearing As Briefs

I am learning about diapers, and interested in wearing them as briefs , and not wanting to actually wet in them. Can those who wear them for the same purpose tell me how many times on the average I can expect to wear a diaper before I have to throw it away.

I use these elasticated top nappies, I re-use them, like rob says after 2 or 3 wears the padding goes to shit and they become uncomfortable, no probs with tapes though
