I was a 4-5 coke's a day guy for pretty much my whole adult life, but after two weeks of trying to be good I'm down to like 1 every 2-3 days. Water is enough for me most of the time. In an attempt to cut sodas out as much as possible I've been stocking my fridge with sparkling waters for those times when I just need something other than tap water. I disliked the first one so much that I couldn't even finish it, but after the pack was gone I found myself craving more (even preferring them over soda in general after a while). Link to comment
