Diaper self punishments?

All I can think of quick, and off hand is, locking plastic pants. You could get a pair of those, and a time lock.

Give yourself an enema, hold it while you put a plug in your ass.  Put a thick diaper on.  Cut slits throughout the bottom.  Put another diaper and plastic pants over that.  Remove plug in 1 hour.  No changing for 4 hours.  Put outer diaper back on.
