Emmerdale AB reference

I was on holiday for 2 weeks and caught this last night while catching up on Emmerdale.  I would imagine that forum members outside the UK, Canada and Australia won't be familiar with the show.

One of the characters walked in on an Adult Baby in a supposedly empty B&B room.  You couldn't see much, just a man in a dressing gown, holding a blue bonnet.  They made a reference to it later, calling him a "Full-grown toddler", then "Adult Baby".   I think they did the scene as a way of promoting the film "Attack of the Adult babies", directed by Dominic Brunt - one of the actors on Emmerdale.

I think the episode was originally aired on 22 March.
