Young guy (20s/30s) on the beach in some sort of psudo puffy pull up.  The commercial was soo short and my phone volume was very low.  I cannot find it on youtube.

I think it's a "Isn't it time you get your own policy" commercial if I remember correctly.

It's part of an entire new campaign to get young adults to dump their parents' plans, by implying they're babies. This isn't the exact commercial, but it's from the campaign, and the heading is a diaper pun.

Edit: Actually, it looks like this video was originally uploaded in 2014, but I have seen the one you'd described recently while at my mothers' watching T.V. Maybe they're reviving it, or perhaps just reusing some old spots.
