Alice: Yes you may

I jump up and go find Daddy.

Bob: Well hello princess are you ready for bed

[Wannatripbaby]

I nod and climb up on your lap so I can put my arm around your neck. "Goodnight, Daddy."

Bob: Did you have a good day today

[Wannatripbaby]

I nod. "Every day is good when I get to spend it with you and Mommy."

Alice: I pull back the covers to your bed do you

[Wannatripbaby]

I finish saying Goodnight to Daddy and come back to my room and climb under the covers.

Alice: I tuck you into bed

[Wannatripbaby]

I snuggle under the blankets with a teddy bear under my arms.

Alice: I kiss you and leave the room 

[Wannatripbaby]

It doesn't take me long before I'm asleep.

Bob: I lock everything up and come upstairs to bed 

[Wannatripbaby]

Around 3am I wake up panting, sweating, and peeing from another nightmare. But unlike last time, I didn't scream. Which left me with a dilemma: Do I go get Mommy or try to fall back to sleep on my own?

Bob: I sleep 

Alice: I get up to use the bathroom 

[Wannatripbaby]

I heard someone walking down the hall. Did I wake them? I coulda sworn I didn’t scream... Then I heard you go into the bathroom. She must've gotten up to pee... which means I don't have to wake her up!

I get out of bed and stand outside the bathroom, waiting for you to come out.

Alice: I finish up in the bathroom and come out

I lock eyes with you and you see me trembling slightly. "I... I h-had a bad dream, Mommy."

Alice: Come on baby let’s go and get you cleaned up 

[Wannatripbaby]

I nod and head to my room to get a diaper.

Bob: I sleep

Alice: I fallow you to your room

[Wannatripbaby]

I hand you the diaper and wipes and wordlessly lay down at the foot of the bed.

Alice: I lower your bottoms and undo your diaper to clean you up

[Wannatripbaby]

I start to calm doing, your gentle touches soothing me and helping to put the nightmare out of my mind.

Alice: I clean your bottom up and put a new diaper on you
