How do you tell your caretaker/mommy/daddy. . .

When you're in your little space, how do you communicate your wants and needs to your caretaker/mommy/daddy?  Scenarios such as needing a diaper change, needing to be fed, cuddled, put down for a nap?

I don't have to...my wife is on top of it before I need it.

My boyfriend and my wife have different ways of noticing. I tend to whimper or point with my Daddy/boyfriend as im a younger age whereas  with my wife because I'm a slightly older age we use more actual verbal communication.

In all honesty, I think my Daddy always knows it before I actually realize what I'm even doing. He's very observant and I tend to whine...a lot when I feel especially little, mostly when I'm sleepy or just need to be held. Daddy and I have been together a little over 2 years and there are a lot of nonverbal cues that we have so I think he can tell at this point based on my behavior alone.
