I wonder why adult diaper companies have not made any like this. Maybe because not as absorbent or hold as much is my only guess. I think I and many others would love this feature in a diaper. The Always Discreet Boutique seems to be built on the same chassis as the pampers swaddlers that have the channels. Real world Incon Posted January 27, 2018 Share Posted January 27, 2018 I agree the Channels Could help alot with the typical product clumping issue, However the clumping issues we see usually are a front to back top or bottom aided gravity so horizontal channels might not help that much, It also with the channels from images I have seen, seem to limit the thickness of the product and ability of the product to swell and absorb more fluid. hopefully someone will create this out so we can test it!
