Sex reassignment surgery and untraining

I'm currently in the process of untraining. I started earlier this month, and later this year I am planning on having sex reassignment surgery. Does anyone know how this may affect having surgery or postoperative care?

You were trying to become incontinent before surgery it somewhat likely you will be incontinent after surgery. To what degree who knows. Right now am going in for SRS Surgery on the 1st. of February and i am incontinent and have been for over 4 yrs. Doctor told me I will still be incontinent after surgery as well. She said it has something to do with the surgery itself.

I think there's a thread on this in the "Rainbow" forum MTF SRS sometimes does leave the person incontinent- it's one of the risks involved with this surgery- but from what I can tell it's easier to achieve desired incontinence afterward
