I have recently switched from using sudocrem to using "Nutmeg" nappy cream from Morrisons it is really good I haven't had a rash or discomfort since swapping over. It is unscented and comes in a tub for £1.44 ish. I can recommend it as I have to wear 24/7 and it does the job of protecting my skin. It is quite thick and clingy it doesn't rub off easily.
