Pocket diapers

So I got some pocket diapers.  I honestly wasn't sure that's what I was getting at first, eBay could have been clearer.  As far as a stuffer, I'm wondering what to use.  Would cloth baby diapers work?

What exactly is a pocket diaper?  I happen to use baby diapers inside of GoodNites, and that seems to work alright (but you can't flood baby diapers; they don't wick away fast enough)
