awetandmessygirl Posted November 7, 2017 Share Posted November 7, 2017 So I saw that some people have daily uncontrollable accidents, or close to uncontrollable. What could I eat or drink to help stimulate a nice load on a daily basis? I don't like super runny ones, mostly bulky kind of soft ones that don't cause pain when you have to push it out. I don't want to resort to prunes, although I heard pears can be good. If anyone has any experience with foods or drinks that help them poop please let me know. (I deffinitely won't be taking a daily lose of castor oil, laxatives or anything else like that) Link to comment
iluvmydiapers Posted November 7, 2017 Share Posted November 7, 2017 Eat what you like, eats 4 or 5 small meals a day, and nature will take care of the rest. Dont hold back when you feel the need to go, let it happen on its own, the more you do this the easier it will become. Link to comment
daveindiapers Posted November 11, 2017 Share Posted November 11, 2017 Eat foods with lots of fiber. Fruits, vegetables, etc. I like raisin bran but that is just a personal preference. Also stay hydrated. It works for me. Some mornings I can hardly hold it. Link to comment
