barnburner
Pretty sure I was asleep at the time, but something woke me up and the next thing I knew was my butt cheeks felt warm and mushy. Happened at around 5:30am just now. This is one of my nightmares along side a fart becoming more than a fart. Link to comment
Comfortably diapered
I feel you on this I've always had accidents as a kid and my bowel issues got worse as a young adult. I've yet to do this but have messed out and about. It's scarier than peeing because the smell and how uncomfortable it can be. I hope things get better or that it may not happen again. Nyte Kitsune
Haven't had that happen, however, the fart that is not a fart, that one I know all too well and is a fairly normal occurence. It's one of the reasons I'm glad I wear 24/7 these days. Link to comment
John73
I had it happen a few times, but unfortunately it stopped. It occurred when I was under a heavy stress due to my problems with incontinence and on top of that my diet was totally not on point, I was eating basically anything that was in my sight. This was a pretty much big problem for me as I couldn't live with the though that I'm double incontinent, but hopefully I'm not, or maybe I only lose control with my bowel in certain circumstances , so either way you should think about basics now and try to eliminate unhealthy behaviors. I hope it helped, hang tight in there! Link to comment
Babypants
You can control the smell by taking activated charcoal, but to be on the safe side, you should get a referral from your family physician to see a GI specialist. There are a lot of possibilities here, with the most common being irritable bowel syndrome and Crohn's, but you might be surprised at how exotic the source of fecal incontinence can be.
