Weird toolbar thing?

This has never happened before and it's bothering me. How did this little bar thing get there at the bottom? How do I get rid of it?

How did you get it? It did not just walk up and jump into your device. You had to go somewhere and click on something

You should be able to delete it from your programs section in Control Panel

The toolbar is part of our new chat system and allows you to message and chat from the bar outside of the chat tab. You can click on the right arrow in the very bottom right of the bar to close it.
