i would like to buy some little pawz diapers. what size should i go with? i wear Abena L4 and its perfect but a little big.

Abena L4 is good but a little bit big. The tapes never overlaps each other but i can feel its a little big. The size M is too small.

I've only had the "Space" diapers from ABU, but given the fit of those, I suspect if you like the Abena "L" size better, you probably would want the ABU large as well.

I'm in a similar size range and mostly where large in everything except DRY247 and a few others.
