Help looking to replace poly backed mollicares

Ok so im fully bladder incon my and ive been using mollicares the poly backed since 1998 since now because they are stopping the plastic backed mollicares my dme is now sending me the attends poly backed one problem they leak bad unlike the mollicare and because of how they are cut narrower they do not fit so my insurance pays for them and my abenas but they only send me limted amounts of the abenas

The plastic backed Molicares still exist as far as I know. They're just blue now. They are also called Molicare Maxi rather than Molidcare Super Plus. If you can't find the Molicare Maxi then the Abena Comfort like is comparable.

Confidry 24/7 from XP Medical... IMO the best high capacity brief on the market. My wife & I both wear 24/7 and have been using them for a couple of years now, they work great.

Rearz Inspire makes for a great all white, great capacity diaper that is not a thick overnight diaper.
