Season 4, Episode 66 of SpongeBob SquarePants, Dunces and Dragons has a small diaper reference in the mid-end of the episode. After SpongeBob has cried ceaselessly to get past the castle guards, Sandy in the role of the Dark Knight compliments SpongeBob on acting like a baby in diapers.
