Ah ruminating is part of the human condition , we all do it , about different aspects of our lives, we never cut ourselves slack ,but are quick to do so with somebody else , to alleviate there distress & discomfort as we quietly torture ourselves over long forgotten words over an issue that may not even be relevant in this fast changing world .
