Cute !

Looks more like panties (underwear) than a diaper cover.

Usually diaper covers are a bit bulky and oversized to accommodate one or more diapers pads etc.

and have a heavy elastic leg band to contain overflows.

If this baby is diapered it is not with much - perhaps a small token absorbent trickle PAD.
